Omar Almobarak will give a lecture on Sunday the 18th of July, 2010 at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs, 100 Norwalk Street in Hot Springs MAP.
The lecture is supposed to be an introduction to Islam, nonetheless the lecture will also touch on other vital points that unite, not divide, the three Monotheistic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) The lecture would elaborate on the Abrahamic tradition that all of the three faiths claim to belong to. The lecture will also explain how Islam values Jesus and his mother Mary. The lecture, finally, will suggest that past confrontations between faiths were not the answers; cooperation between the faithful could render peace, fruitfulness, and tranquility for all.
